Lindsey White is a leadership professional, strategist, and community builder with over 20 years of experience guiding organizations through growth, change, and mission alignment. Her work lives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and people—helping teams move from intention to impact.
With a background spanning the US Air Force, federal service, and nonprofit leadership, Lindsey brings a systems-thinking approach grounded in real-world experience. She is especially skilled in stakeholder engagement, organizational development, and translating complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
Currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Organizational Studies, Lindsey is deeply interested in how leaders cultivate trust, resilience, and belonging within organizations. Whether advising executives, leading initiatives, or building community-driven projects, she is motivated by work that is meaningful, inclusive, and forward-looking.
