Use this optional fillable employee timesheet to track biweekly & monthly hours. This is intended to help with time management and does not replace the mandatory leave reports and timesheets submitted in AP OneStop.


 Timekeeping & Payroll

  • Student, Temporary, and Bi-Weekly Employees

    • Access the timeclock on the APSU OneStop Self Service hub. You should have gotten your login information from HR in an email. 

  • “Temporary” & Student Employees

  • Full Time Employees on a Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule

  • Salary/Monthly Employees

    • Full time, monthly employees need to submit monthly leave reports in AP OneStop. You are expected to work a fulltime schedule (37.5 hours a week, even if you have a flexible work schedule. Any hours worked under the full time schedule (as calculated for the given pay period) need to be reported as leave, whether PTO or sick time.
